Rachel is a Certified Dental Assistant and Operative Lead who joined the practice in 2020. She provides compassionate, detail‑oriented care and supports clinical efficiency and team coordination. A West Bath native, she lives locally with her partner and two golden retrievers, Mia and Mac. Rachel is an assistant coach for Brunswick High School girls hockey and enjoys mentoring players. In the off‑season, she works on her home, spends time at camp with family, and enjoys Maine’s outdoors.

Meet Lizzy! A compassionate, detail-oriented dental assistant committed to high-quality, comfortable patient care. Raised in central New Jersey, she holds a B.S. from Delaware Valley University with a Psychology minor. Lizzy moved to Maine in 2021, transitioned from veterinary technician work into dental clinical support, and joined Dr. Burden’s team in 2025. She enjoys traveling, reading, the outdoors, and relaxing at home with her two cats, Jekyll and Hyde.

Meet Mikayla — your treatment coordinator and main contact from your first visit to treatment checkout. She guides patients through treatment plans and financing with clear communication, empathy, and support.

Originally from Florida, she moved to Brunswick, Maine in 2023. She’s studying Business Management with an Accounting minor at the University of Maine at Augusta. Outside work, she enjoys romance and fantasy novels and time with her cat, Toby.
